Macpherson House in Weymouth is part of Abbeyfield Wessex Society and provides retirement living with peace of mind, security and companionship for residents.
We are now looking for two House Assistants to join the team. The role is 4 days a week (16 hours) with a 2‑week rota and weekend alternation.
Hourly pay is £12.90, with duties including assisting in communal areas, helping with chores, social activities and accompanying residents to appointments or shopping.
