As a Sleeping Night Carer, you will stay overnight in a clients home to provide reassurance and support should assistance be required during the night. A suitable sleeping facility will be provided: however you may be required to assist the client if they need support during the night in accordance with their care plan.

Sleeping Night - £75.00 flat rate (12 hour shift)

Reports to: Care Coordinator/ Branch Manager

• Provide overnight support in accordance with care plans
• Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate care records and report concerns
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and safeguarding concerns
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and the office team.
• Attend training, meetings and supervisions.

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently
• Enhanced DBS required .
