Live-In Carer – Make Every Day Matter

What You’ll Be Doing- Personal care delivered with dignity and compassion
- Preparing home-cooked meals suited to dietary needs and preferences
- Prompting or administering medication safely
- Providing companionship, reassurance and meaningful conversation
- Helping with light household tasks to keep homes safe and comfortable
- Encouraging independence and supporting clients to stay involved indaily life
- Competitive pay – earn up to £1000 per week
- Paid induction and full Care Certificate training
- Career progression opportunities including NVQ Level 2 & 3 and Level 3 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care
- Guaranteed breaks – two hours off daily plus a full 8-hour weekly break
- Travel allowance up to £100 per placement
- Comfortable private living space during placements
- 24-hour support from our friendly care management team
- Clear progression routes into Senior Carer, Complex Care or office-based roles
- £500 referral bonus for every friend you refer
- Free DBS check
- A supportive local team where you’re genuinely valued and recognised
- A caring, person-centred approach
- Good communication skills and spoken English
- Confidence working independently in a client’s home
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to complete one
- 6+ months of live-in care experience
Driving licence desirable but not essential.
