The successful candidate will work alongside experienced support staff and use the Titan PMR system to help deliver an efficient and patient-focused service.

The role provides opportunities to build strong relationships with patients, deliver pharmacy services and further develop clinical skills.

The successful Pharmacist will be expected to:

• Provide safe and effective pharmacy services.
• Build positive relationships with patients and the local community.
• Deliver relevant clinical and pharmacy services.
• Work effectively with the pharmacy support team.
• Use the Titan PMR system as part of daily pharmacy operations.
• Continue developing professional and clinical skills.

Applicants should have:

• An MPharm, OSPAP or equivalent qualification
  .
• Full registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Experience working in a UK community pharmacy
  .
• Experience or familiarity with Pharmacy First services
  .
• The ability to work effectively as part of a pharmacy team.
• A willingness to live in or relocate to Weymouth
  .
