Responsibilities
  • Person-centred care: supporting residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and oral care while promoting independence and choice
  • Care planning: contributing to care reviews to ensure support plans reflect individual needs
  • Medication support: administering medication safely and in line with procedures
  • Activities & companionship: taking part in social activities, outings, and meaningful engagement within the home
  • Team support: helping new or existing colleagues through shadowing and teamwork, and supporting the smooth running of the home when required
What We’re Looking For
  • A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK, please note:
    Under new guidance we are unable to accept skilled or student visas
  • Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level
    3)
  • Previous experience working within a care home
  • Caring, positive, and reliable individuals
Your role :
  • Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
  • Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Contribute to and review care plans
  • Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
  • Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed
