Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Manager
Coastland College is seeking a People Services Team Lead to drive operational excellence across our People function in Weymouth. You will lead a small team, ensure payroll changes are processed accurately, oversee safeguarding and SCR, and implement policies that support a compliant and customer‑focused service for staff and learners.
You'll work with People Partners and Finance to deliver accurate HR administration, onboarding, contracts and leavers, while embedding continuous improvement
