We are looking for a proactive, analytical and forward-thinking People Systems & Data Coordinator to join our People Team and play a key role in driving digital transformation, workforce intelligence and continuous improvement across the College.

You will be responsible for the development, maintenance and optimisation of our people systems, ensuring workforce information is accurate, secure and accessible while driving improvements through automation, reporting and process innovation.

Working closely with colleagues across People Services, Payroll, Finance, MIS and operational departments, you will help transform the way we use technology and data to support decision-making, improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

This role is central to our digital transformation journey and offers a unique opportunity to influence how workforce data, systems and technology support the future success of Coastland College.

• Act as the lead administrator and subject matter expert for the College's HR Information System (iTrent).
• Maintain and develop system configuration, workflows, forms, templates and user permissions.
• Lead the continuous improvement of people systems, processes and digital ways of working.
• Ensure workforce data is accurate, reliable, secure and audit-ready.
• Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, management information and reporting solutions.
• Produce meaningful workforce insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, reduce administration and improve the user experience.
• Manage system upgrades, testing, implementation and user acceptance activities.
• Support integration between iTrent, Payroll, Finance, MIS and other College systems.
• Provide training, guidance and support to managers and colleagues using People systems.
• Support workforce planning through the provision of accurate data and reporting.
• Ensure systems and processes support compliance, governance and audit requirements.
• Contribute to College-wide digital transformation and continuous improvement projects.
• Promote a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

• Has experience working with HR, payroll, business or workforce systems.
• Enjoys analysing data and using insight to support better decision-making.
• Has strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
