• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
• Must have a full UK driving licence
• Previous experience required in maintenance and gardening
• Available to work 20 hours per week to include alternate weekends

• You will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements.
• You will assess and undertake repairs including painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, repairing doors and windows.
• If work cannot be completed internally, you will liaise with head office to refer the repair to a contractor.
• Safety is paramount, so you will ensure that the care home is safe for all of our residents.
• You will ensure that work is completed and recorded in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
