• Lead all aspects of the home's operations
• Ensure full compliance as the Registered Manager
• Drive occupancy and commercial performance
• Maintain outstanding quality standards throughout the care home
• Support, develop, and inspire the management and care teams
• Prepare for and lead CQC inspections
• Deliver exceptional resident outcomes within the nursing home

To be considered, you must have experience as a:

• Care Home Manager
• Nursing Home Manager
• Registered Manager

You will also demonstrate:

• Proven success managing a residential care home or nursing home
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Commercial awareness and budget management experience
