We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a successful estate agency branch in Weymouth
.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and commercially minded property professional who can lead from the front, win business, grow market share, and motivate a team to deliver strong results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving branch performance, increasing instructions, supporting and developing staff, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

• Manage the day-to-day running of the branch

• Drive valuations, instructions, sales, and branch profitability
• Generate new business and build market share in the local area
• Conduct valuations and convert opportunities into instructions
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and applicants
• Monitor KPIs and branch performance against targets
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations

• Strong track record in winning instructions and driving revenue
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Commercially aware and target-driven
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Full UK driving licence
