Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a market-leading manufacturing company in Weymouth.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and growing production team, with full training provided, immediate starts and long-term prospects available.

• 13.95 per hour starting rate.
• 20.92 per hour enhanced overtime rate.
• Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm.
• Early finish on Fridays.

• Assemble products accurately to detailed specifications.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Identify faults or non-conformities during the assembly process.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Work effectively as part of a busy production team.

• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Previous production or assembly experience is desirable but not essential.
• Reliable, proactive and hardworking approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
