Practice Nurse – Weymouth

Dream Medical is working with a GP surgery in Weymouth in recruiting a Practice Nurse for their surgery.

The practice is looking for a nurse to cover a minimum of 17, up 22 hours a week on a permanent basis however can offer more for the candidate in future.

You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants.

• Up to date in baby Immunisations and Vaccinations
• Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
• The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
• Child and adult immunisations
• Cervical Cytology
• Spirometry
• Diabetes
• Asthma and COPD monitoring
• Family planning
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services

• Up to 5 weeks' annual leave + Bank Holidays (this will be pro-rata for part time staff)
