Duties & Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, safe nursing care in line with individual care plans. Maintain accurate and person-centred documentation. Adhere to all organisational policies, including safeguarding, health & safety, and NMC standards. Support, guide, and work collaboratively with colleagues and new team members. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals.
