• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer and manage medications safely and effectively.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Work collaboratively with care staff, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times.
• Ensure compliance with NMC guidelines and care home policies.

• Valid NMC Pin (RGN, RMN or RNLD).
• Strong clinical skills and a caring, compassionate approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding resident care.
• Previous care home experience is desirable but not essential.
