Lettings Negotiator

Overview

Connells, part of Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our successful residential lettings team in Weymouth.

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and has strong attention to detail.

• Generate and book rental valuations and market appraisals
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
• Negotiate rental terms and agree lets
• Progress lets through to move‑in

The role will focus heavily on conducting property viewings, supporting administration and compliance processes, and ensuring a smooth journey for landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process.

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience
• Be able to generate new business in a target‑driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
