Our well established store in Westbourne is about to undertake a massive upgrade and will shortly be refitted & rebranded as a Nolte Kuchen showroom. The new showroom will incorporate fantastic new kitchen annd bathroom displays that will elevate the customer experience to a level unavailable anywhere else in Dorset. You will be responsible for all aspects of designing & selling customers their new kitchens, this will include working from architect plans and completing home surveys. Designs will be completed using some of the best CAD software on the market.
As an experienced sales person you will be a natural people person that can easily influence sales you must be somebody that regularly exceeds sales targets and be able to evidence this. You need to have a good knowledge of CAD design and be able to demonstrate a track record of success. If you are familiar with the Winner design package that will be an added advantage.
Attention to detail is essential, you must be able to manage many different projects whilst still focussing on target achievement.
Naturally confident on the telephone & in person with good written skills the role will encompass considerable contact with many suppliers & customers on a day to day basis. An ability to remain calm under pressure is crucial, this is a detail driven business and will involve considerable customer interaction during the journey through the SOKB buying process.
You will need to be friendly and enthusiastic with an ability to build rapport easily with people.
You will need to work most Saturdays and will have a regular day off Monday to Friday.
Experience in a kitchen or bathroom sales environment together with a 'can do' approach and a positive mental attitude are essential.

Salary: £28,500 per year OTE £105,000
