Dorset Council is seeking a Youth Practitioner to deliver outreach support for children, young people and families across Dorset. The role starts with home and community-based work and expands to a short break provision on the Isle of Portland, shaping a growing service from the ground up.
You will work with children with disabilities to build independence, life skills and access meaningful opportunities, collaborating with social workers and partner agencies to provide person-centred support.
