Seetec’s CFO Evolution team is seeking a Custody Support Worker for HMP Portland. You will support a caseload in custody from initial engagement through the sentence, offering motivation and tailored guidance to help with reintegration into the community.
The role combines one-to-one sessions and group interventions with a strong focus on pre-release planning. Open to graduates and professionals from probation, social care, or custody settings; 37 hours per week; permanent contract.
