Salvation Army Homes in Weymouth is looking for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to support young residents at West Farm. You’ll check in, ensure safety, and help tenants understand their tenancy to sustain independence and avoid homelessness.
You will manage rent enquiries, coordinate repairs, assist with moves, and collaborate with partners to secure move-on housing where needed. This role requires empathy, organisation, and resilience.
