RECENTLY AWARDED PROJECT - Must Be US Citizen and qualify for US Government Clearance. Work is Remote until COVID
19 travel restrictions are lifted, then Picatinny, Arsenal, N.J. “We’re The Prime!”

• Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for functional activities
• Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts
• Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product
• Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation
• Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency
• Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met
• Construct and implement APIs to interface with internal and external Web applications

• Data, Business Process & application modeling
• Provide for systems development and data base administration groups the future business strategies as seen from a data point of view
• Analyze enterprise information system baseline and perform a “gap analysis” between the baseline, the user operational requirements and the operating capability of enterprise application product sets
• Perform business and technical designer functions, including making contribution to both the business and technical architecture components of the enterprise solution, supporting industry/functional area/business process specialists and experts, supporting architecture/ product/ technology specialists and experts, and review/assess enterprise solution products for accuracy and consistency
• Architecting and modeling technical design solutions working with Developers, Dev Ops and Security team

• Provide highly technical expertise in the use of DBMS
• Evaluate and recommend available DBMS products to support validated user requirements
• Define file organization, indexing methods, and security procedures for specific user applications
• Design, Implement, Maintain, Upgrade and support SQL Server databases, Performance tuning, database security, disaster recovery, data mart and data warehouse design, replication, clustering and advanced Transact‑SQL programming

TO QUALIFY YOU MUST BE US Citizen With Active Secret Clearance!!!

• Minimum 5 years recent experience with above referenced accomplishments.
• MUST have an active CompTIA Security+ Certification
• Ability to work Remote Until COVID
  19 Travel Restrictions are lifted, then work on site at Picatinny Arsenal, N.J.
• Education - BS or BA degree in STEM or related Fields.
