You’ll evaluate system needs, propose improvements, solve complex technical problems, and ensure solutions align with current and future system architecture. You’ll mentor developers at all levels and help clients navigate their toughest challenges.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, and implementing software using agile methods
• Experience with full stack development across multiple languages, tools, and frameworks
• Experience applying Agile, extreme programming, software engineering, and product management principles
• Experience architecting, writing, and reviewing source code for complex applications
• Experience building integrated back‑end and front‑end solutions that scale
• Ability to solve complex technical problems within cross‑functional teams
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Nice If You Have:

• Experience gathering and translating client requirements and improving workflows through automation and optimization
• Experience implementing automated testing strategies and maintaining test frameworks
