Trivent Safety Consulting is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at our training center located at 9901 W 50th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within the organization. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing training sessions, and maintaining accurate records for various safety programs.

The Administrative Assistant will also assist with customer inquiries and provide support to trainers during workshops while fostering an environment that reflects Trivent Safety Consulting's commitment to excellence in safety education. This full-time position requires exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, offering an opportunity for professional growth within a reputable consulting firm that prioritizes employee development and workplace safety culture.

Compensation: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
