Bone Dry Services is a fast‑growing restoration company based in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. We specialize in water, fire, and mold restoration and pride ourselves on delivering top‑notch service to our clients while maintaining a friendly and supportive work environment.

We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate their restoration needs with compassion and efficiency.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers in understanding the restoration process and set clear expectations for services.
• Schedule appointments and dispatch field teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and empathy.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and customer management software.
