Sleep Medicine Advanced Practice Provider

Job Description:

As a Sleep Medicine Advanced Practice Provider; APP, you will work in the Sleep Medicine Outpatient Clinic at Wheat Ridge Clinic. This will be the first Sleep Medicine team at Wheat Ridge Clinic.

The Sleep Medicine team will provide comprehensive treatment for common sleep disorders, such as: insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy, irregular sleep wake cycles, movement disorders in sleep, snoring, parasomnias, restless leg syndrome, etc.

• Practicing at Wheat Ridge Clinic in Wheat Ridge, CO
• Standard clinic hours; M-F, 8a-5p
• No call expectation
• Sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance if relocating 50+ miles

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
