Working hours:

8:00‑16:30 M‑F or 7:00‑17:30 Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri.

• Assist nurses, providers, and care navigators with patient‑care tasks under general supervision.
• Perform examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures within scope and organizational policy.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and documentation.
• Register/check‑in patients, obtain co‑payments, collect consents, and resolve front‑office tasks.
• Carry out lab procedures, including quality control, autoclaving, and instrument packaging.
• Coordinate visit planning, rooming, specimen collection, and patient education per STRIDE protocols.
• Travel to other clinics for coverage as needed.
• Complete annual competency assessment and adhere to professional standards, policies, and accreditation requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certificate of completion (MA) required. Certification (CCMA, CMA, RMA) preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year back‑office or clinic experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and EHR systems.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and ability to handle upset patients.
• English proficiency; bilingual is highly preferred.

Computer, multi‑line telephone system, fax/multi‑function printer, EHR, medical technology (EKG, spirometry, glucometer, etc.).

Hourly range: $21.59 – $27.19 for Non‑Certified Medical Assistants; $22.59 – $28.19 for Certified Medical Assistants. Salary determined by experience, education, and internal factors.
