Shift Lead
Molson Coors Beverage Company invites applicants for the Shift Lead role at Wheat Ridge, CO.
Responsible for safely managing shift operations, supporting the bottling team’s continuous development, and leading the operational execution and sustainability of World Class Supply Chain (WCSC) efforts for the RMBC area.
Key Responsibilities- Operate with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency, guiding and monitoring team members in their adherence to safety, quality and team performance.
- Guide the team to utilize World Class Supply Chain 5S practices.
- Use key performance indicators to optimize team performance.
- Interpret production plan schedule requirements.
- Apply knowledge of hygiene, food safety, health and safety legislation (including environmental) and safe work practices.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, good communication, innovative approach and a real sense of urgency.
- Complete complex projects quickly and adeptly, aligning with business priorities.
- Lead with a strategic thinking/planning mindset, taking initiative and working effectively.
- Work 12‑hour shifts, either straight days or nights (4 days on with 4 days off).
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a high‑speed production or manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering or Science of Business preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of bottle‑making operations (theory & application), cost management and LEAN concepts.
Base pay range: $81,700.00 per year – $ per year
