CNC Machinist – Aerospace Precision Manufacturing

Wheat ridge, CO

Pay: $40.00 /hr – $45.00 /hr

Shift: 1st shift

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM OR Friday‑Sunday 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Set up and operate advanced 4‑ and 5‑axis CNC mills
• Manufacture tight‑tolerance, complex components from aerospace‑grade alloys (aluminum and hard alloys)
• Interpret and execute part programs, blueprints, and 3D CAD/CAM output with GD&T
• Perform tool selection, in‑process inspections, and adaptive machining adjustments
• Partner with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspect in‑process and finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Follow QMS processes and procedures, including work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Aerospace industry experience preferred
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, Lathe Machinist, or 5‑Axis Machinist
• Strong knowledge of machining techniques and tools
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with Kitamura, Mazak, and Grob machines a plus
• Experience with Mazak Integrex and Quikturns (CNC Lathe) a plus
• 5‑Axis machining experience a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Wheat Ridge, CO.

The pay range for this position is $30.00–$45.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Wheat Ridge, CO.
