• Provide high‑quality care to residents
• Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well‑being
• Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
• Implement and evaluate care interventions
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff in developing individualized care plans

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Current Colorado LPN license or Compact LPN license
• Long‑term care experience is helpful but not required
• New graduates encouraged to apply
