• Schedule: Full‑time and PRN options available. Night shifts Monday–Sunday.

• Provide high‑quality, compassionate clinical care to residents.
• Supervise and support nursing staff during your shift.
• Lead resident assessments and care planning.
• Ensure compliance with care standards and best practices.
• Promote residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well‑being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with families.
• Oversee assigned facility areas and respond to urgent needs.
• Foster a positive, professional care environment.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license.
• Supervisory experience in long‑term care required.
• Clinical expertise with a compassionate, resident‑centered approach.
• 1–4 years of supervisory experience preferred.
