• Provide high‑quality care to residents.
• Support residents in maintaining the highest level of physical, mental, and social well‑being.
• Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning.
• Implement and evaluate care interventions.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop individualized care plans.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current Colorado LPN license or Compact LPN license.
• Long‑term care experience is helpful but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
