Travel RN - Operating Room - Cardiovascular​/CVOR

American Traveler is hiring a CVOR RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring Epic experience and participation in call shifts.

• Active RN license (Single State or Compact), CO or compact license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required, must not expire prior to start
• Minimum of 1 year of CVOR experience required
• ASN required, BSN preferred
• Epic EMR charting experience required
• No pending license allowed

• Operating Room unit performing cardiovascular procedures
• 10-hour day shifts, , no set day off
• CVOR RN will work in the CVOR and/or main ORs
• Required to work 21 CVOR call shifts within a 9-week schedule
• May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications
• May be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift
• Performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions per state Board of Nursing standards
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for surgical patients
• Documents care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Promotes the mission, vision, and values of the health system and abides by service behavior standards
• Permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
