We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you have the desire to be challenged, work in a fast-paced, fun environment and to grow your career, this is a great opportunity.

• Greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and assist with our food program as needed.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast, friendly service around the store (inside and out).
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks.

• Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care
• Strong communication and friendly conversation
• Ability to work at a quick pace while having fun and collaborating with the team
• Problem solving and offering thoughtful suggestions

• Retail and customer service experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull up to 20 pounds, bend and twist up to one hour per shift
• Grasp and manipulate objects with hands; may climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place/remove signs

• Hiring range: $17.00 to $17.50
