• Promote trust and respect among associates.

• Assist store management with budget preparation, profit and loss reviews, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement department action plans to achieve desired results.
• Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain temperature logs.
• Report safety risks, accidents, and illegal activity to management.
• Work cooperatively in a fast‑paced environment and manage conflict constructively.
• Provide support through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic math knowledge (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Retail or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (desired).
• Management experience (desired).
• Second language skills (desired).
