About Jiffy Auto Glass
Jiffy Auto Glass is a mobile windshield repair and replacement company serving the Denver metro and Phoenix metro areas. We're known for fast, reliable service, AGRSS-certified technicians, and the Jiffy Cares Program — a free year of rock chip protection included with every windshield replacement. We're growing our local business-development team and looking for someone to build two new relationship channels from the ground up.
About the Role
This is a field-based relationship-building role with two parts — not a cold-calling sales job. You'll spend part of your week building relationships with local insurance agencies so Jiffy becomes their go-to referral for windshield claims, and part of your week developing commercial fleet accounts with local businesses that run their own vehicles (contractors, landscapers, property managers, movers, couriers, and similar).
These two sides of the role work differently day to day — relationship-first with agencies, and a more typical sales conversation with fleet prospects — and most weeks you'll be doing both.
What You'll Do
Insurance agency relationships:
- Visit local independent and captive insurance agencies (State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, American Family, and independent brokers) on a regular cadence.
- Build relationships with the agents and CSRs who field client calls about cracked or damaged glass.
- Represent Jiffy's value clearly: mobile service, direct insurer billing, AGRSS-certified technicians, Jiffy Care Package and fast turnaround.
- Track visits and referral activity, and represent Jiffy in full compliance with Colorado insurance regulations.
Commercial fleet accounts:
- Identify and visit local businesses that operate their own vehicle fleets.
- Pitch mobile, on-site service, priority scheduling for multi-vehicle accounts, and net-terms billing.
- Quote pricing and close signed fleet service agreements — this side of the role is a normal commercial sales process.
- Walk new fleet accounts through billing setup and track account status from prospect to signed.
What We're Looking For
- Based in or near the Denver metro area, with a reliable vehicle — this role involves regular driving between appointments.
- Comfortable introducing yourself to new people and building rapport — whether that's a relaxed relationship visit or an actual sales conversation.
- Prior experience in insurance, fleet/commercial sales, or outside/field sales is required — we'll train you in Auto Glass sales but prior experince a plus.
- Organized enough to manage a mix of ongoing relationships and active deals, and keep track of where things stand.
- Self-starter who's comfortable with a role that builds momentum over the first few months rather than closing everything on day one.
- Base salary: $45,000–$50,000/year, depending on experience.
- Monthly bonus: tiered bonus for insurance referral volume, plus a bonus per signed, billing fleet account.
- Monthly vehicle allowance for this field-based role.
- On-target earnings in year one: roughly $55,000–$70,000.
