Job Summary Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is a leading regional commercial roofing contractor known for quality workmanship, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety. We are seeking an experienced Roofer/Laborer to support the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, with a primary focus on single-ply roofing and metal installations.

As a Roofer/Laborer, you will play a hands-on role in commercial roofing projects, assisting with roofing system installations, metal work, and daily job-site operations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, primarily TPO and EPDM roofing

Perform metal installations, including coping, gutters, edge metal, and related components

Prepare job sites and perform daily cleanup activities

Follow all company safety policies, fall protection requirements, and OSHA regulations

Handle, transport, and organize roofing materials, tools, and equipment

Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet project schedules

Maintain high-quality workmanship and a clean, safe work environment

Assist with loading and unloading materials at job sites

Qualifications Required Experience  with single-ply commercial roofing systems

Knowledge of metal roofing components, including coping, gutters, and edge metal

Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions

Ability to lift, carry, and move roofing materials and equipment

Ability to work at heights and use proper fall protection equipment

Strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance

Reliable transportation to designated reporting locations

Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred

Experience operating forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, or other construction equipment

Additional commercial roofing experience

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
