We are hiring Pilates Instructors for the new Wheat Ridge studio. Full-time and part-time positions are available with pay ranging from $40.00 to $65.00 per class, adjustable based on experience and client attendance.

We are currently hiring instructors with minimum Mat & Reformer training who can confidently work with all client levels and provide challenging, fitness-based Pilates classes safely.

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (minimum Mat and Reformer)
• Contemporary approach to classical exercises
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
• Professional and effective communication skills
• Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates
• Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars
• Punctual and reliable

• Skilled use of Pilates equipment (Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Cadillac, TRX, Magic Circle, etc.) to ensure safe and creative group experiences
• Demonstrate anatomical knowledge; provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limitations
• Stay up-to-date with and implement Club Pilates education standards at all times
• Develop and create class plans that are safe, effective, and challenging according to Club Pilates standards
• Provide instruction to include Intro classes, group apparatus classes, private and semi-private training as scheduled
• Perform any other duties as assigned
