Counter at Dry Cleaners

About the Role:

Paoletti's Cleaners is looking for a friendly and reliable Counter Help team member to join their Wheaton, IL location!

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the front counter with a friendly, professional attitude

Accept and process incoming garments and dry cleaning orders

Tag, sort, and organize customer items for cleaning and pickup

Inspect finished garments for quality before returning to customers

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter area

Requirements:

Prior customer service, retail, or counter experience preferred

Experience preferred but will train

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable and punctual

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads

Attention to detail when processing and inspecting garments

Dry cleaning or laundry industry experience is a plus, but not required
