A well‑established, award‑winning residential landscape design‑build firm in Wheaton, IL is seeking a Landscape Design Support Associate to support designers and production teams through drafting, design preparation, 3D modeling, plant/hardscape coordination, and light office assistance. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys transforming concepts into buildable plans and wants to contribute to high‑end outdoor living projects.

• Attend client appointments with the designer when needed (measurements, photos, discussions)
• Conduct follow‑up property surveys when required
• Create base plans and design concepts using DynaSCAPE
• Convert hand sketches into clean DynaSCAPE drawings
• Build plant pull sheets and crew paperwork through Manage
  360
• Develop 3D renderings using UVision/Realtime Pro
• Coordinate plant and hardscape imagery for presentations
• Make design revisions as needed

• Assist with permit paperwork preparation and submission
• Order plant material from approved vendors
• Help with on‑site layout during installation
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate, high‑quality execution
• Create as‑built drawings as needed

• Support maintenance‑related design leads when needed

• Answer and track incoming calls, email leads, and walk‑in clients
• Submit JULIE/utility locate requests for upcoming installs
• Coordinate porta‑potty drop‑off/pick‑up requests for scheduled jobs
• Create and print plant/hardscape packets for sales presentations

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience
