Kindi Academy in Lisle, IL is growing and we're looking for dedicated faculty members to join our strong team of passionate educators for the school year! We're hiring for a dedicated and highly motivated English Teacher to work with Grades 5-8 to instill a love of reading and writing with their students!

Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and activities.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and school-wide initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and academic growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and/or specific Content Area (Masters and Doctoral Degrees in the content area also strongly encouraged to apply).
- State teaching certification/license (Preferred)
- Classroom experience of at least 3 years is highly advantageous
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
