Children’s Fitness Coach/Teacher

Welcome to My Gym Children’s Fitness Center in Wheaton, IL. As a lead teacher, you will work hands‑on, teaching “Mommy and Me” classes for babies and toddlers with their parents as well as physical education classes for preschool and grade‑school kids.

• Lead and facilitate “Mommy and Me” and children’s fitness classes.
• Teach and mentor children in age‑appropriate coordinated, agility, flexibility, motor and social skill activities.
• Assist in planning and coordinating birthday parties and other special events.
• Learn and eventually use My Gym’s back‑end systems and administrative functions.

• Education or background in sports, physical fitness, early childhood education, gymnastics, dance, or related fields.
• Experience or willingness to work with children of diverse ages (infants to school‑aged).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to creating a safe, fun, and meaningful environment for families.

$10–$15 per hour, with earning potential up to $15 and opportunities for advancement based on performance and experience.
