• Certification: LBS I
• High school/transition program teaching experience preferred

• Design curriculum and instructional materials for functional life skills for students with IEPs.
• Create and support behavior intervention and management strategies tailored to individual emotional/behavioral needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Transition services and programs, including SSI/SSDI, PUNS/Day One PACT programs.
• Consult and collaborate with team members regularly.
• Maintain and monitor all aspects of IEPs, meeting mandated timelines for compliance.
• Design and implement a schedule for regular communication with parents.
• Evaluate student progress toward post‑secondary outcomes.
• Assist in personal care of students as needed, with training and assistance.
• Maintain student confidentiality.

• Work collaboratively with staff and administration.
• Display professional work attire and grooming.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Exhibit a positive attitude toward job responsibilities.
