This role provides tutoring services to adolescent patients in Partial Hospital Program (PHP), including coordinating all educational needs between BHS and the patient s school.

Required:

• Bachelor s in education/teaching.
• Current Illinois Teaching Certification.
• Type 09 Certification for Secondary (grades 6-12) Learning Behavior Specialist Endorsement.

Preferred:

• 2-5 years classroom management experience.
• Master s degree.
