Base pay range$23.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Responsibilities- Du Page Pads is currently seeking qualified Finance and Development Specialist candidates for consideration to join our team.
- This role is responsible for managing and maintaining agency donor activity; provide financial reporting and analysis; process accounts receivable and accounts payable; ensure data integrity by reconciling donor financial system with accounting and adhering to standard practices in relation to system design and office policy; document procedures and processes.
- Associate’s degree in data management, bookkeeping or related field; experience with Blackbaud eTapestry and Financial Edge preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; effective data analysis skills, written and oral communication skills; trustworthiness in handling confidential information; and, three years of experience in finance related field and/or development including database, data analysis and reporting.

We are currently hiring for 1 position to work 40 hours per week during daytime hours.
Starting pay range: $23.00-$25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
