With such rapid growth, we are looking to fill multiple Operational roles on various teams including Advisor Services, New Business, Processing, Trading Ops, Advisory Fee Billing, and Finance. The successful candidates will be high‑energy, team‑oriented, collaborative individuals who support the needs of the firm's Investment Advisers and their clients. Must be able to successfully operate as a hands‑on contributor in a fast‑paced, deadline‑sensitive environment.

• Member of a team proactively facilitating service and support for over 700 Advisers and 50,000 clients while understanding the life cycle of each Adviser's business and helping them be as successful as possible
• Support Advisor needs including Account Opening, New Business, Trading, Allocation Changes, Portfolio Reporting, Financial Planning, Performance Reporting, Advisory Fee Billing, Investments, and other tasks depending on the team you are assigned
• Work with Advisers, multiple internal teams, and outside strategic partners including Schwab and Fidelity
• Proactively provide high‑touch red‑carpet Service and Support to Advisers and their firms
• Be able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field from a four‑year college
• 3+ years of experience in a Financial Services firm preferred
• Able to work both as an individual contributor and as a collaborative team member in a fast‑paced work environment
• Possesses superior analytical skills
• Exceptional Relationship and Client Service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Superior inter‑personal skills and decision‑making judgment
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft product suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong Excel skills a plus

Location: Wheaton, IL (100% work in office – not a remote/hybrid position)
