Education Level- High School Education and be able to master on-the-job training requirements
- Associate's degree or higher in business or finance (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of retail banking experience (required)
- Banking Certifications (ideal but not necessary)

- Cross-sell products to customers to meet their needs.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service.
- Represent Trust Bank at community functions and in your network to generate new relationships.
Provide Excellent Customer Service-
- Assist customers in resolving account-related problems.
- Establish proper identification of all new customers, obtain a credit report to determine acceptance of the account, and determine product suitability to meet customers’ needs.
- Give out appropriate loan applications.
- Issue and redeem certificates of deposit.
- Opening new accounts.
- Order ATM/Debit cards and update information, activate, etc.
- Process checks orders/re-orders for customers
- Stay within compliance guidelines when opening and closing all accounts.
Team Collaboration/Banking Operations-
- Approve checks within limits.
- Assist with monthly reports.
- Attend bank meetings and educational seminars as required.
- Balance drawer cash and vault cash.
- Maintain over and short reports and transaction reports.
- Open and close the bank when needed.
- Order and stock adequate supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Process night drop deposits.
- Provide support to the Market President.
- Run teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Scan and balance transactions in the proof program.
- Ship and order currency and coin from the Fed.
- Support ancillary deposit operations across the bank at-large as assigned.
- Experience in customer sales, relationship management, and cross-selling skills is desired.
- High-level knowledge of mortgage and lending products and services, and wealth management services offered by the bank.
- Must be proactive, able to develop product and compliance knowledge, have problem-solving skills, and work collaboratively.
- Must have the ability to articulate financial concepts to customers and answer questions they may have.
- The ability to perform detailed work with accuracy and cash handling skills is essential.
- Ability to use a computer for data entry, word processing, MS Office, and may be assigned Excel spreadsheet work.
