Overview

PT Solutions is hiring for full-time Physical Therapists who are ready to elevate their careers while making a real difference in patients and communities. We offer exposure to a diverse caseload, from orthopedic to sports medicine, pelvic health to neurologic rehab.

• Monthly incentive earnings tied to daily average patient caseload.
• Growth-minded culture with clearly defined pathways to leadership roles.

• Base Salary: $83,/year (based on experience and market factors).
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds.
• Sign-On Bonus:
  Up to $15,000 available in select locations.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, with education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).
