• Active Illinois CNA with at least 2 years of CNA experience
• Experience using a Hoyer Lift and Sit-to-Stand Lift
• Valid CPR Certification, Work Physical, and Negative TB Test in the past year
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle with insurance, and reliable commute to the job location
