Medical Assistant

My Menopause Rx  is seeking a dedicated, organized, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing virtual healthcare practice. In this role, you will support both clinical operations and front-office functions, ensuring our patients receive seamless, high-quality care.

• ✅ Deliver exceptional patient service through phone, video, email, text, and portal communications
• ✅ Coordinate scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications
• ✅ Support prior authorizations, pharmacy refills, and lab result tracking
• ✅ Accurately update and maintain patient records in our EMR
• ✅ Perform clinical administrative duties within the scope of your certification
• ✅ Protect patient privacy and ensure full HIPAA compliance

• 🔹
  Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) required
• 🔹 2+ years of experience in medical office or telehealth setting preferred
• 🔹 Prior experience with an EMR required
• 🔹 Prior experience with Cover My Meds and prior authorizations preferred
• 🔹 Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
• 🔹 Reliable self-starter who enjoys working independently

• Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday some evenings)
• $22-24/hour, non-exempt
• Hybrid 75% remote and 25% in person (Winfield, IL)
