About the RoleAs a clinic-based BCBA at Blue Bird Day, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
- Developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Providing caregiver education and family support
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
- Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, speech therapists, and social workers
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
