Part-Time Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) – Therapeutic Day Program

Wheaton, IL | Part-Time - no evenings or weekends.

• Hourly Rate: $36-$41/hour

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Blue Bird Day, you will provide behavior therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll support our clients cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth.

• Conduct behavioral assessments and build evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide caregiver coaching and support.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA students, shaping the next generation of clinicians.
• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP, PT, and SW).

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license through IDFPR
• Experience providing behavior therapy services to children with autism and/or other neurodevelopmental differences
